Refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

FOR CANCELLED ORDERS REFUND'S ARE USAUALLY CREDITED IN 8-14 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF TRANSACTION.

Payment policy:

1. We offer online orders using the following payment methods. Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards are available from select Indian banks.

2. Please keep in mind that when you use your Visa or MasterCard to make an online purchase, you must provide your 16-digit credit card number, card expiration date, and a 3-digit CVV number (found on the back of the card).

3. To complete the transaction, you must also have enrolled your Credit Card in VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). For American Express Cards, you must provide your 15-digit card number as well as a 4-digit code.

4. The credit card transaction will display as a payment to Terra Cacia on your bank statement.

5. If the cash has been taken from your account but you have not yet received confirmation from us, please contact our customer service team and give the following information:

a. Transaction Identification Number.

b. Debited amount with registered Email ID

c. Transaction Date and Time
